Underground riser Leïti shares second instalment of 'APOCALIPSI’ EP series, featuring the hotly-tipped La Zowi.

Leïti, an esteemed rapper and multi-hyphenate creative, this week released his new EP, ‘APOCALIPSI’. Featuring an array of African and Jamaican influences, from amapiano to dancehall, the project encapsulates the artist’s ability to transcend genre. Informed by his Senegalese roots, the selection of tracks show off a discerning eye for detail, which Leïti translates effortlessly into a comprehensive body of work.

Garnering global attention with his genre-blending back-catalogue, Leïti has toured the world to play esteemed festivals like Rolling Loud, Mad Cool, Holika and more. Further establishing himself internationally, the multifaceted artist recently signed to Dale Play Records. Leïti is also a recognised actor, who’s best known for his role in ‘Elite’ – a popular Spanish thriller series on Netflix.

Five songs from ‘APOCALIPSI’ were recorded in the USA, where he settled on a sound unique to him. Leïti is not here to simply participate, he wants to revolutionise the music paradigm with his intrinsic take on afrobeats, amapiano and dancehall. ‘APOCALIPSI’ gets him ever closer to doing so.
