DJ and producer, K4CIE, teams up with Black Josh for energy filled return “Baby Sky Hook”.
Focusing on Hip-Hop and Trap sounds, inspired by both the UK and the US music scenes, K4CIE has returned with her first track of 2021. This time the Glasgow based DJ and producer has teamed up with Manchester’s Black Josh for the energy fuelled bop that is “Baby Sky Hook”.
“Baby Sky Hook” is made up of giant piano overtones and slapping 808’s to give you an instantly catchy beat with punchy, expressive bars that create a UK edge. The track represents the Northern rap scene that is bursting with talent and pride.
The Glaswegian producers says, “This track symbolises how important it is to collaborate, and I hope it will give other female producers encouragement to release tracks under them as an artist. It’s time for female producers to lead!” K4CIE also recently celebrated the launch of her own studio in Glasgow last year, with “Baby Sky Hook” as the first release under 644 Studios.
