Holly Humberstone is set play her first festival headline show, topping a bill that includes names such as Dylan, Flowerovlove and Rachel Chinouriri.
Growing from an intimate friends and family event to one of the country’s best boutique festivals, Barn on the Farm is now in its twelfth edition. BARN, as it’s known to many, supports artists before anyone else, often handing headline slots to generational talent on the cusp of breaking the big time. The likes of Ed Sheeran, Lewis Capaldi and Maggie Rogers have all topped the bill previously, and with Holly Humberstone announced as this year’s first headliner, 2023 is set to follow suit.
Celebrating “the music of tomorrow”, Brit Award winner Holly will be joined by such names as Dylan, Olivia Dean and Wunderhouse for its 2023 edition. Notion 92 cover star Flowerovlove is also one of 17 names on the current line-up. On the honour, Holly says: “Barn has a special place in my heart and I’ve made so many precious memories with amazing people there over the past few years”.
With an array of ticket options, from glamping packages to weekend and day passes, BARN looks to accommodate everyone in its Gloucester grounds. Intimate Thursday tickets sold out back in August and demand continues to be high for the other packages. Barn on the Farm founder Josh Sanger comments: “BARN or Barn on the Farm, whatever you know it as, is our tribute to music that really matters. We are a festival that started as a hobby and whilst we’ve grown in scale, it is still 100% independent and a total passion project for all of us involved, led by our belief in building a real physical culture around new music.”
