Up-and-coming producer Ben Rainey unleashes irresistible piano-house anthem, “Be Your Girl”, out 19th May.

Ben Rainey‘s brand new release, “Be Your Girl” was born out of a DJ gig in Liverpool late last year. “We played in a converted church and the vibe was massive vocals, feel-good pianos with classic house melodies,” he explains, “The energy was crazy.” Adorned with Teedra Moses’s sensual vocals, “Be Your Girl” is a thumping, feel-good track calling out for the dance floor. From the first listen, listeners can feel the all-encompassing energy that bleeds into Ben’s tracks from his own infectious character.

The Northern artist had his first taste of music very early on, having grown up in a music-loving household. Spending his days yearning for his dad’s endless vinyl collection, he was brought up on a medley of music which spanned ’90s house, soul, disco and Northern Soul. But it wasn’t until a a Graham Park gig that he attended aged 18 that Ben finally took it upon himself to learn how to DJ.

“Be Your Girl” will be the Hull-hailing artist’s first release on a major label, having garnered millions of streams on past releases. Marking a huge step since the days of producing tracks in his bedroom, this release is only the first of many coming this year.
