Solo artist Hylynd explores artificial love across new offering “Boys of Summer” ahead of his debut self-produced record.

Born in North Carolina, Hylynd is a fast-rising artist with talents stretching across production, and a variety of musical instruments. Today sees him release a tranquil new cut, “Boys of Summer”, in the run-up to his self-produced, full-length record.

Skyrocketing after his breakthrough EP, ‘Born In The Night’ and established singles “Fool” and “2x & ½ With You”, Hylynd’s latest, “Boys of Summer” is an infectious single to add to his list of hits. Guided by Grammy-nominated and Hall of Fame vocal coach Jan Smith (Usher, Justin Bieber), it’s fair to say Hylynd’s musical capabilities are impressive.

Working on his up-and-coming record, ‘Akabeni’, is a project mixed by Jeffrey Armstreet, mastered by Idania Valencia (Shawn Mendes, Sam Smith) and co-produced with King Michael Coy (Dr. Dre, HER, Anderson Paak). Out today, “Boys of Summer” leads fans closer to his latest project with an ironically buoyant track about toxic entanglements.
