Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock will share the screen for the first time in Sony’s latest action film ‘Bullet Train’.
The latest project from Sony will mark the first time the two Oscar winners would cross paths on screen, Sandra Bullock is reportedly joining Brad Pitt in the Sony’s action-packed feature ‘Bullet Train’.
It would be a momentous occasion as, despite being at the top of their game since the early 90s, the two stars have never spent time in front of the camera together on a feature film. The closest tie to each other would be Bullock’s recent starring in the ‘Ocean’s’ series female spin-off, ‘Ocean’s Eight’.
Bullock is the most recent addition to the all-star cast, including Joey King, Lady Gaga, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Michael Shannon, Zazie Beetz, Logan Lerman, Bad Bunny, Andrew Koji, Brian Tyree Henry, Masi Oka, Hiroyuki Sanada and Karen Fukuhara.
Based on the Japanese novel, ‘Maria Beetle’ by Kōtarō Isaka, ‘Bullet Train’ follows five assassins who find themselves on a train in Japan when they realise that their assignments are related. David Leitch, director of ‘John Wick” and ‘Atomic Blonde’, has signed to helm the film with Zak Olkewicz set to take the reins with the screenplay.
