WellBad’s new single 'Bucket List' is a soulful, genre-blending tribute to love that lasts a lifetime.

Acclaimed German rock-blues outfit WellBad return with ‘Bucket List’, the fourth single from their latest album, Oyster & Pearl. Blending Americana, country-rap, and gritty blues rock, the track is a groove-laden tribute to enduring love, elevated by raw storytelling, heartfelt emotion, and the band’s signature boldness.

Written by frontman Daniel Welbat and produced by longtime collaborator Stephan Gade, ‘Bucket List’ draws listeners in with jangly blues riffs, soulful grooves, and the vibrant brass textures of the Boxhorns horn section. The song’s heart, however, lies in its deeply personal lyrics. “This song is a tribute to the woman to whom I owe this great happiness: my wife,” Daniel shares. “We were young, we were wild – and I would do everything exactly the same again.”

Accompanied by a compelling music video directed by Detlef Overmann, ‘Bucket List’ feels less like a typical single and more like a timeless love letter. The message is clear: life’s greatest adventure may already be in progress, and love can be the most fulfilling item on any bucket list. Following acclaimed releases like ‘Judgement Days’ and ‘Bad Habits’, WellBad continue to evolve their genre-blurring sound while staying true to their emotional core.
