Michael Gilas makes a triumphant return with ‘Can’t Hide Beautiful’, the magnetic follow-up to his Billboard-climbing single, ‘Working With The Rain’. Currently posted up in a Nashville studio sculpting his debut album, 231 Kensington Road, the singer-songwriter is diving deeper into a sound that merges raw emotion with timeless musicality. Co-written and co-produced with seasoned pros Bill DiLuigi and Allan Phillips, ‘Can’t Hide Beautiful’ offers a glimpse into the next evolution of his artistry – one rooted in resilience and realness.
Adding a polished punch, a remix version of the track arrives courtesy of hitmakers Henk Pool and Michael Garvin, best known for crafting J.Lo’s ‘Waiting for Tonight’. To complete the release, visionary producer Ben Silverman lends his directorial eye to an original music video, elevating the visual element of Michael’s storytelling.
Back in February, the established artist turned heads with ‘Working With The Rain’, a poignant anthem about letting go and leaning into the present. Debuting at #21 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart and eventually climbing to #13, it set the stage for what’s shaping up to be a career-defining year.
