Visit The Hoxton's Downtown LA and Shepherd's Bush branches to enjoy an exclusive Thai-American fusion menu and collect some exciting new merch.
In a celebration of Los Angeles’ vast arts-fuelled culture, Thai-American diner Chet’s, at the Hoxton, and streetwear brand The Hundreds have teamed up on an exclusive new menu and capsule collection.
Available at their locations in Downtown LA and London’s Shepherd’s Bush, they have enlisted Chet’s concept chef, Kris Yembangroong, from cult restaurant Night+Market to build a unique diner-style menu, with Johnnie Walker on side to provide malted shakes along with new clothing and merch.
The Hundreds, founded in 2003 by Bobby Kim and Ben Shanassafar, is a world-renowned, LA-based streetwear brand. With collaboration and community at its core, The Hundreds combines the classic California workwear style with the soul and originality of subcultures, from skaters to musicians, to create something truly unique. Working with the Hoxton feels like a logical step to encapsulate all things Los Angeles.

All through September, patrons of Chet’s, The Hoxton and Night+Market will be able to enjoy The Hundreds Stacked, a signature LA smashburger filled with two 4oz patties, American cheese, shredded iceberg lettuce, pickles and chopped grilled and white onions curated by The Hundreds team, all with a vibrant Johnnie Walker-infused sauce by the team at Chet’s. Night+Market are providing the Khao Soi Queso Loaded Fries, slathered in Thai curry sauce, herbs and pickled chilli, bringing together the all-American diner and aromatic Thai flavours.
On the side, diners can tuck into an array of malted milkshakes from Johnnie Walker. There’s the indulgent Banana Blvd, flavoured with banana, pecan, Johnnie Walker black and vanilla, as well as the tropical and creamy Pineapple cruiser, combining pineapple, milk chocolate, coconut and Johnnie Walker Gold. Visitors of London’s Shepherd’s Bush branch can also enjoy the striking Smokin’ Cherry, which is packed with cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla and Johnnie Walker later on in September.

As well as this exclusive menu, guests can explore and purchase the Chet’s x The Hundreds streetwear collection. Channelling the nostalgia of American diner culture, there are graphic tees decked out with retro milkshake graphics as well as mugs and a very limited edition custom skate deck.
Running from the 1st to 30th September, make sure to run, not walk, to enjoy this unique blend of American and Thai cuisine, and pick up some exciting new merch on the way.
