American songwriter and producer Dewon returns with cinematic new release, “Danger”.
Born in Ettrick, Virginia, Stephen Cheeks, aka Dewon, is a fast-rising artist with a mission to create timeless hits. Back this time with a sultry new offering, “Danger” offers a deep dive into Dewon’s musical sphere.
Mastering the skill of playing the drums at just four years old and piano at eight, Dewon later moved on to discover his immersive vocal talent. Taking interest in his church, music fast became a space he absorbed and later something he’d learn to create. Gaining traffic with hit singles, “Love Hangover”, and “Never Wanted”, (which featured in the movie ‘No Manches Frida 2’), “Danger” sees Dewon return with an effortless new release a year after his 2021 single “Safe Travels”.
Speaking about his latest, Dewon describes that the track “is about how difficult it is to let someone or something go, even when you know it’s not good for you”.
