Cannes-based artist Jairic releases his sharp new single ‘Don’t Let Me Put A Track On You’, pairing sharp beats with a video directed by Vansh Luthra.

Detroit-born, Cannes-based musician and producer Jairic returns with his new single Don’t Let Me Put A Track On You’. Known for pairing cinematic visuals with genre-bending production, Jairic continues to blur the lines between hip-hop, film, and fashion with his latest release.

Accompanied by a music video directed by Indian filmmaker Vansh Luthra, the brooding, noir-esque visuals complement the track’s nonchalant style with gritty lyricism and fiery beats. Roses, high-contrast lighting, and nocturnal settings all heighten the mood, matching the single’s themes of obsession, tension, and shifting power dynamics.

The single is an unflinching statement of intent. Shifting between frantic energy, explosive production, and a moment of unexpected warmth, it showcases Jairic’s ability to fuse hip-hop flair with a cinematic atmosphere. Crafting a sound that feels both rooted and boundary-pushing, the artist’s visual detail is the icing on the cake.

With performances across France, Italy, Prague, and the U.S. – including sets at Château Les Alouettes in Cannes and Villa Balbiano on Lake Como – Jairic has already built a reputation for his immersive artistry. ‘Don’t Let Me Put A Track On You’ is his most confident move yet: a track that dares you to go against him.
