Producer Kkenji partners up with TROE for new single “EMMM”, ahead of their joint project ‘Mama, I’m A Rapper’.

Today sees US-based producer Kkenji share his latest track “EMMM” with collaborator and emerging rapper TROE. Released ahead of their debut EP ‘Mama, I’m A Rapper’, “EMMM” says adieu to toxic relationships and pairs Kkenji’s menacing beats with TROE’s steady flow.

Hitting critical acclaim on his joint EP with artist Taé, ‘Sentiments’ saw the producer gain a sizable 30,000 streams on Spotify alone. This new single sees the producer once again team up with TROE, following their last collaboration on hip hop track “Head Huntin”.

Now working towards the release of their new project ‘Mama, I’m A Rapper’ Kkenji speaks about the process of making “EMMM”: “I showed TROE the beat and he instantly knew what he was going to talk about. Women have been playing games with TROE for a while now, a quite frustrating predicament indeed. TROE said he just wanted to match toxic energy with toxic energy and a shout-out to rapper Future”.
