Rising star FIONA unveils her debut single 'Enough's Enough', which poignantly explores love's tipping point.

At just 18, UK singer-songwriter FIONA is making waves with her debut single, ‘Enough’s Enough’, a powerful blend of pop, R&B, and jazz that highlights her extraordinary vocal talent and emotional depth. This soul-stirring track captures the poignant moment before a breakup, exploring the complexities of love and heartbreak with raw honesty. FIONA’s voice conveys a maturity that resonates well beyond her years, drawing listeners into her intense feelings.

Inspired by legends like Adele and Stevie Nicks, she marries classical training with contemporary influences, resulting in a sound that feels both timeless and fresh. Co-written with jazz pianist Jack Noke, the song’s haunting arrangement complements FIONA’s striking lyrics, particularly the poignant line, “Don’t make me hate you, ’cause loving you is painful enough.” This line encapsulates the struggle of lingering love clashing with the desire for self-preservation, portraying an emotional conversation that listeners can deeply relate to.

“This song is about the stage before a breakup when you’re questioning whether you still have love for that person, or if you’re just holding on out of familiarity. But their actions make loving them even harder, almost pushing you towards hate, even when you don’t want to feel that way,” explains FIONA.

As FIONA gears up for her debut EP later this year, ‘Enough’s Enough’ serves as a compelling introduction to her artistry. With each note, she invites listeners to journey through the tumultuous landscape of love, solidifying her place as an artist to watch in the music industry.
