Lika O has never played it safe, and her latest project proves it.

Lika O‘s newest release, Shoot First, arrives with a short film-music video backed by a $1 million production budget. It was shot inside Resorts World Las Vegas, where several exclusive locations were completely closed off for filming, including the Resorts World Palace, main casino floor, private high-stakes gambling area, rooftop lounge, cigar lounge, lobby, and even the exterior of the casino.

The production brought in heavyweight talent: Academy Award-nominated Eric Roberts, Emmy-nominated Paris Dylan, and Benny Cleary, who flew in from Nashville for the role. The short film leans into action, moves fast, and closes with a sharp twist—more like a scene from a feature than a standard music video. It’s high-stakes, stylized, and designed to hold attention from beginning to end.

The direction came from Alexey Figurov, whose recent work includes projects with Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa. The track itself was produced by Jean-Carlos Casely, with Grammy winner Robert Eibach on vocal production. Everything from sound design to editing was built to match the scale of the visual. It’s clear the intention was to create something that could stand on its own as a short film.

Lika co-produced the project alongside Paris Dylan and Kobee Acosta, making sure the final product reflected her vision from start to finish. There’s a reason Resorts World backed it the way they did. It’s rare to see a short film tied to a song delivered at this level.

The film is set to premiere privately in Los Angeles and Las Vegas within the next one to two months. Celebrity guests have already been invited to walk the red carpet at both premieres. Details are being kept intentionally mysterious, but anticipation around the project continues to build after recent announcements on social media.

This latest project comes at a moment when Lika O’s momentum is impossible to ignore. Originally from Russia, she holds a master’s in linguistics and a degree in journalism—backgrounds that show in her precise, story-driven approach. Over the past year, she’s hit major stages across the U.S., including her high-energy set with Ludacris at the DAER Nightclub for the Jingle Ball Afterparty, and a standout appearance at New York Fashion Week at Sony Hall.

She’s also landed a seat across from Mario Lopez on On With Mario Lopez, where she walked through her career and the path that led her to this moment.

Earlier hits like Grow, Get Me, and The Way I Move put her on the radar. But Shoot First marks a shift. It doesn’t follow a formula, and it doesn’t ask for attention—it takes it.

Lika O is proving that she’s not just building a music catalog—she’s creating experiences. And with a project like this, there’s no mistaking that she’s operating in her own lane.
