Jamaican multi-instrumentalist J-Summa releases his soulful debut single “Heaven and Home”, with the promise of more to come.
Releasing your debut single is often a daunting prospect, but it’s one that J-Summa tackles with an affable confidence. “Heaven and Home” is our first taste of the artist’s undeniable musical dexterity, as he shows off his skills both as a vocal and instrumentalist.
Finding his voice at the age of seven and embedding it as a passion two years later, J-Summa’s influenced by a myriad of artists. From Marvin Gaye to Bobby Womack and Curtis Mayfield to Bob Marley, he seeks inspiration from the greats with the intention of making timeless music.
On “Heaven and Home”, J-Summa displays his stunning falsettos. Lyrically, he speaks to finding true love and connecting with your soulmate.
