Vale Pintos teams with rising trap star Tutu on ‘Hoodie & Backpack’, a fiery collision of reggaetón and fearless femme energy.
Fusing the worlds of both music and fashion, Vale Pintos is stepping into the spotlight with her new single ‘Hoodie & Backpack’, a sonic exploration of Latin streetwear. In collaboration with trap artist Tutu, the creative duo team up to produce their own love letter to trap Latino and street style with reggaeton influences.
Fiercely unapologetic, Vale’s sensual flair perfectly melds into Tutu’s unique magnetism in a track that oozes with hedonistic energy. Since debuting in 2021 with ‘Me Cansé de Ti’, the genre-blending artist has been steadily climbing with tracks like ‘Bloquié el Cora’, ‘Playlist’, and the summer smashes ‘Tabla’ with Papi Sousa, and ‘Dime a Vel’.
‘Hoodie & Backpack’ was born at a six-day camp inside Trap House Latino Studios, tapping the energy of Puerto Rican hitmaker Cauty and later brought to life with Tutu’s crew and Casper Mágico’s team. The song riffs on the symbols of trap culture – hoodies, LV backpacks, and ambition – while spotlighting Vale’s signature fire.
