Kappa's latest campaign celebrates the brand's rich sporting history, encouraging the world to keep active, keep focused, and #keepPERFORMING.
#keepPERFORMING is here to celebrate Kappa’s rich sporting history – the unforgettable moment they become the first brand in Italy to sponsor a football team in 1979 – and to remind us of the brand’s blurring of the lines between sports and streetwear in the shape of track jackets, hoodies and more.
The campaign comes at a time when we could all do with a kick of inspiration. Kappa emphasises the belief that “we must #keepPERFORMING irrespective of our environment, adversity, disability, or financial hardship in order to grow and achieve our personal best”. The brand also salutes the ambition, determination and drive of those who continue to #keepPERFORMING in both sport and work during these challenging times.
The campaign sees Kappa planning to inspire and share positivity with a group of athletes in their respective fields – including dancer/activist Kate Stanforth, gymnast Koffi, magician Billy Menez, football freestyler Liran Santos, basketball player Kornelijus Budrys and breakdancer Gabriel Infante.
Since 1978 Kappa has proven they can be worn by anyone and anywhere. In 2021, Kappa has demonstrated they are a brand for everyone. #keepPERFORMING.
