In addition to forming Edalo Music, Marinelli toured nationally for four years, opened for big names like Rozes, Michael Blume, Kent Jones, and Malik Yusef at SXSW 2017, and headlined eleven venues from Vermont to Florida in October 2021. But Marinela is for even more inspiring reasons.

Marinelli’s journey was a challenging one. He faced obstacles such as abuse, poverty, homelessness, and mental illness. Yet, despite these hurdles, he persevered, worked hard, and remained focused on his passion for music. As he sees it, believing in yourself, and staying true to your artistry are the keys to success:

“I’ve learned that life keeps on moving with or without you. At the end of the day, it’s all about how you treat people. Overcoming your life challenges can bring you life’s rewards. I strongly believe that having faith and being a good person can get you far in life. Karma is real; if you’re good to life, life will be good back to you.”

This positive approach to his career and relationships has paid off. Marinelli has several notable career highlights, including owning a professional recording studio in Buffalo, NY, and self-publishing his poetry book titled Lost In Thought. He also stands out from others because of his work ethic and his message of staying true to yourself as an artist.

Now Marinelli is excited to share his upcoming release, ‘Mirage’. The record was a labour of love for the renaissance musician, and he poured his heart and soul into it. ‘Mirage’ reflects his evolution as an artist and person. It features a unique blend of musical styles, including pop, hip-hop, rock, and R&B, and showcases its creator’s versatility as a musician.
