Designed with the urban explorer in mind, luxury outerwear brand Nobis unveils its new Autumn/ Winter campaign, helmed by Canadian photographer and filmmaker William Ukoh.

Since its launch in 2007, the luxury outerwear brand Nobis (Latin for ‘us’), have strived to create clothing that weathers both the world’s increasingly unpredictable climate patterns, but also the fleeting nature of style. As a result, they have created outerwear that is timeless, robust and puts function and quality over trends.

In Toronto on the 23rd of September, Nobis delivered their latest Fall/ Winter Collection in collaboration with image and filmmaker William Ukoh. Inspired by the urban exploration of new worlds, the new collection highlights Nobis’ evolution through two concepts. The Nomad embodies a minimalist, streamlined silhouette, while the Navigator champions the brand’s traditional-yet-innovative tailoring – both catered to the modern explorers of the world.

To bring their vision to life, Nobis enlisted the expertise of Canadian creative William Ukoh, who has made a name for himself with his impressive digital 3D modelling. The stunning Fall/ Winter campaign speaks for itself. Ukoh’s 3D digital winterscapes allow the consumer to visualise the contrasting elements of the Nomad and the Navigator through his inspired use of colour, texture and dimension.

‘The collection creative was designed to express the moods of winter within the digital 3D environments,’ explains William Ukoh. ‘The 3D generated environments reflect mood and edge for the Nomad branch and ambiance and tradition for the Navigator branch. We melded realism with digital reality through the use of digital environments and real models to keep the collection grounded in reality while still leaning into the evolving landscape of digital reality.’

The collection features Nobis’ signature membrane laminations, seam-sealed construction, durable water repellent coatings and premium Canadian origin white duck down insulation, available in an array of nature-inspired prints and neutral hues. The new range is available to buy online at and at selected retailers.
