Notion parties are BACK and better than ever. Missed out? See what went down last night at our first post-lockdown event, in collaboration with Jägermeister.
As the clock struck seven on Thursday night, a queue of people quickly started forming outside of East London venue Kachette. Tucked away under the railway bridges on Old Street in Shoreditch, it wasn’t long before the line snaked its way down the pavement and the buzz could no longer be contained.
An exclusive invite-only event for industry insiders, Notion’s first party post-lockdown was sure to be a good one. Hosted in collaboration with Jägermeister, guests enjoyed a whole menu of delicious cocktails as they danced the night away. From Jäger-infused espresso martinis to a Jägermeister twist on the classic drink, Moscow Mule, there was also the more laid-back option of ‘Deer and Beer’ (an ice-cold shot served with a beer).
Tunes were supplied by a host of leading London DJs, notably Majestic, James Hype (pictured), Nadia Jae, Rashun K, and Raedee, who warmed the party-goers up with banging mixes and kept them dancing all night long.
The dancefloor basked in a multi-colour glow of flashing lights as Notion and Jägermeister welcomed revellers with open arms for what would be one of their first nights back in a club environment.
Neon Jägermeister signs glowed around the venue, giving it a cosy and intimate feel.
Copies of Notion’s latest issue, N89, which included covers stars Bimini Bon Boulash, Bebe Rexha, Alicai Harley, renforshort, Tems, Lila Ike, and Griff, were strewn around for guests to read, enjoy and even take home.
In the daytime, Kachette has been functioning as Jägermeister’s Coffee Haus, supplying fantastic coffee from Caravan Roastery and serving up Cold Brews.
Over in the VIP area, guests were treated to a separate bar and vinatage arcade and video games, as well as a foosball table.
Keep your eyes peeled for Notion’s next event, already being planned for later this year with another round of incredible live performances. We told you we would be back…
