Pop-sweetheart Olivia Rodrigo has teamed up with minimalist makeup brand Glossier to become their first celebrity ambassador.
As a fresh-faced Y2K-laden pop princess, Glossier’s choice of Olivia Rodrigo as their first-ever celebrity brand ambassador seems a perfect fit for the stripped-back beauty brand. Riding the high of a recent triple Grammy win, it seems the 19-year-old is set for world takeover with this latest career move into the skincare and cosmetics world.
Speaking to Vogue about the collaboration, Rodrigo told the publication, “Beauty has always been a way for me to express myself […] I’m still figuring out what works for me,” she continues. “I imagine that’ll continue to change as I get older, but that’s what’s fun about it—getting to grow up with your beauty, style, and routine, and, most importantly, having your own relationship with it and not worrying about what others say or think.”
Glossier’s creative director Marie Suter agrees with the artist’s sentiment, “Olivia is a Glossier girl because she is unapologetically true to herself.” You can now shop a selection of the singer’s favourite products here.
