The upcoming American-Canadian boy band worthy of your screams, PRETTYMUCH give us the lowdown of their favourite 10 tracks they can't stop shaking a leg to!
Based in LA, California and formed by Syco music founder Simon Cowell in 2016, PRETTYMUCH are ready to take it to the biggest stages and screens worldwide with their infatuating boyish charm. Originally all four band members Zion Kuwonu, Brandon Arreaga, Nick Mara, Edward Horonet and Austin Porter were all pursuing solo music or social media careers from performing famous covers and slick dance videos on the gram, when they were perfectly placed together to become one of the hottest boyband discoveries for Generation Z. Heavily influenced by boybands in the naughties, such as Backstreet Boys, Busted and many more PRETTYMUCH are taking a twist on modern heartfelt boybands and bringing something different to the stage that hasn’t been seen since the 90’s – an energetic, powerful performance full of slick dance moves.
Spending most of their time currently becoming friends first and bandmates second, as well as spending endless hours in the studio crafting their distinctive high energy sound and dance moves, this brand new American-Canadian pop band is up and coming, ready to take centre stage. With one EP and 14 singles, the boyband have performed their debut single “Would You Mind” at the 2017 Teens Choice Awards following an acapella version on the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards, followed by “Summer On You” written by Ed Sheeran which was performed at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards. Practising their 90’s dance moves day and night, we caught up with the upcoming pop band to get the low-down on the songs they can’t stop shaking a leg to!
