Canada’s Snotty Nose Rez Kids are back with RED FUTURE, their hard-hitting new album featuring Princess Nokia, ahead of a North American tour.
Fresh off a whirlwind couple of years, Canadian hip-hop duo Snotty Nose Rez Kids are back with their latest album, RED FUTURE, released on Friday. Known for their raw, unapologetic bars and fierce dedication to their Indigenous roots, Yung Trybez and Young D are once again pushing boundaries with tracks like ‘PEACHES’, featuring none other than Princess Nokia.
Hailing from the Haisla Nation in British Columbia, SNRK have never been ones to play it safe. They burst onto the scene in 2016, and their 2019 hit ‘Boujee Natives’ put them on the map. Since then, they’ve racked up four Polaris Prize nominations, a JUNO nod, and even took home a Prism Prize for their visually stunning ‘Damn Right’ video.
Now, with RED FUTURE, the duo seems poised to take things further. To celebrate the release, Snotty Nose Rez Kids are hitting the road for a massive 34-date North American tour, kicking off in Vancouver on September 21 and wrapping up in Toronto on December 6. Fans can expect high-energy shows in cities like Sacramento, LA, Dallas, and Detroit, as the duo brings their explosive live performances to stages across the continent.
With their signature blend of storytelling, activism, and in-your-face beats, RED FUTURE isn’t just an album—it’s a statement. And if history is any indicator, SNRK are about to make a lot of noise.
