Sportswear brand Reebok has paid tribute to the immense impact of Eames design with a new footwear range.

The first footwear range from the Eames Office has kicked off as part of a fresh collaboration with Reebok.

In celebration of Charles and Ray Eames’ firm – that was born with the pair’s marriage and move to California in 1941 – the Reebok x Eames Club C ‘Monotone Pack’ launches this month. Eames has been highly influential in the American design world, reshaping furniture and architecture both in the States and worldwide.

The sleek and classic Reebok Club C design has been repurposed with a custom Reebok x Eames print displayed on the arch, grey soles and woven EAMES tags, while the insole sports a vibrant triangle design.

Meanwhile, the ‘Ray Eames Signature Pack’, to drop later this month, features a reproduction of Ray Eames’ Composition painting of 1939, along with the Eames Dot Pattern textile print of 1947. The range’s packaging is modelled after the egalitarian-inspired design of the Eames House.

The collaboration is exclusively available to shop at Eamesoffice.com and Reebok.com, with the range available in select retailers later this season.
