Italo-American artist Mouth Water brings a fresh vibe to his single ‘Rise' and enlists fellow producer warner case for a remix.

Serving up a tantalising remix of his track, ‘Rise’, Mouth Water delves back into his catalogue to present the fresh new take  ‘Rise’, enlisting warner case for a stealthy house remix. The Italo-American producer has established himself within the electronic music sphere with his signature hybrid sets and multi-instrumentalist talent. In this collaboration with rising house artist warner case, a classically trained percussionist making waves on the New York scene, the track’s unpretentious and infectious beats produce a prolific elegance that finds a unique space within the genre.

The track harnesses late-2000s blog-haus influences over hypnotic beats. It reflects on the artist’s personal relationships, as he explains, “I wrote this song thinking about the friends I shared so much with in the past who are no longer part of my daily life. It’s an open letter, a gesture of hope, because sometimes, even after long silences, we can come back together and create something meaningful again.” Tuscany-born, Mouth Water delivers simplistic melodies with a four-to-the-floor flair that’s credited with praise, especially for his 2024 Primavera set that showcased his use of clarinet, bass and keys.

An ode to dance music, ‘Rise (warner case Remix)’ seeks to serve the sounds that the artist grew up on. “I just hope my remix does it justice,” he adds. Continuing to spread their vibrant sound internationally, the collaborators succeed in producing a nostalgic dance anthem for the masses.
