This summer, iconic Soho jazz club Ronnie Scott’s takes to the skies for an exclusive rooftop residency at Seabird, The Hoxton Southwark blending live jazz, skyline views and cocktails.
London’s skyline is getting a soulful soundtrack this summer as Seabird, the Hoxton in Southwark’s rooftop restaurant, is partnering with Grey Goose Vodka to host a high-flying event series. Across six Fridays in June, July and August, the iconic Soho jazz and blues club Ronnie Scott’s will take its legendary late-night energy sky-high, transforming Seabird into the city’s most elevated music venue.
Kicking off on 6th June, Ronnie Scott’s Live at Seabird will bring stripped-back jazz, soul and blues performances to an intimate rooftop setting, with sweeping city views as the backdrop. The carefully curated line-up includes some of the UK’s finest talent, including jazz guitarist Honey Boulton, vocalist Jo Harrop, saxophonist Giacomo Smith, soul singer-songwriter Natalie Duncan, and piano virtuosos Joe Webb and Jamie Safir.
Grey Goose has created a bespoke cocktail menu that puts its super-premium vodka at the centre of the experience. Highlights include the ‘Ronnie Scott’s Pearl Martini’ – a luxurious mix of Grey Goose Altius, Dom Pérignon Vermouth and oyster leaf, served with a Gillardeau oyster garnished with lime caviar. For something sweeter, the ‘Flamingo’ combines vodka with lychee and dragon fruit, while the ‘Sunbird’ layers strawberry, aloe vera, lime leaf and Cap Corse for a more herbaceous sip.

For groups, the ‘Lady Penja’ serves up to eight guests with a bold, bright mix of Grey Goose, orange, peach, watermelon and White Penja Pepper. Rounding out the drinks list are modern riffs on jazz-era classics, including a customizable ‘Classic Grey Martini’ and the refreshing ‘Kind of Blue’, a blend of Curaçao, Myrtille, bergamot and soda.
DJs will bookend each live set with serene sounds, while a specially curated late-night menu keeps the energy flowing. Expect refined bites like Jersey oysters with pear and jalapeño mignonette, a caviar-filled Gilda, and a decadent caramel cheesecake with dulce de leche crumble.
And for those wanting to keep the vibes going, The Hoxton is offering a Jazz in the City package. It includes an overnight stay, two tickets to Ronnie Scott’s Live at Seabird, an in-room Grey Goose martini service, and a leisurely late check-out.

Can’t make the performance nights? Seabird has you covered with an all-day Grey Goose cocktail and bites menu, available daily from midday to midnight throughout the summer. A curated jazz playlist keeps the spirit of Soho alive, even on quiet afternoons.
With its unbeatable combination of skyline views, legendary music, and curated cocktails, Ronnie Scott’s Live at Seabird promises to be one of London’s most unforgettable nights out this summer, whether you’re a jazz lover or simply in search of the perfect rooftop rendezvous.
Tickets for Ronnie Scott’s Live at Seabird are now available, with full dining service until 7:30 pm and performances starting from 9:15pm.
