"Sofia" by Clairo
This song is just so cool, I love the gritty ness of the track it’s super raw. The message is also great, it’s very motivating and hopeful. Clairo is also just the coolest ever. The fact that it’s about Sofia Vergara and Sofia Coppola makes the song even better.
"Daniel, You're Still a Child" by Declan McKenna
"Declan McKenna has never put out anything short of incredible, he has these Elton John / New Order-ish vibes going on. He tells a really interesting story in this song about a troublemaker kid and he just does such a good job. It’s a great song, his range is also insane!
"Soundcheck" by Catfish and the Bottlemen

"In the Aeroplane Over the Sea" by Neutral Milk Hotel
"THIS SONG. The first time I heard it was almost like a right of passage, I feel like everyone needs to hear this song at least once in their lives, it’s so beautiful and artistic. It’s also so simple but there’s so much to hear and observe. This song makes me feel in love and I love that."
"Good News" by Mac Miller
"The lyrics in this song are just so relatable, everyone always expects people who seem like they’ve got shit going on to be happy all the time, but that’s not the reality. I grew up listening to mac and this song is so haunting especially nearing the 2 year anniversary of his death. I love Mac and I’m really grateful to have grown up on his music."
"Trigger Bang" by Lily Allen ft Giggs
"This song is just such a hype song, both Giggs and Lily Allen are so talented everything Lily Allen touches is gold. This song i’ve listened to maybe 1000 times and it never gets old. It’s my hype song haha."
"Can I Kick It" by A Tribe Called Quest
"This song is perfect, the Lou Reed Sample and a Tribe Called Quest, couldn’t get any better. The lyrics in this song are so cute, the one line “come and spread your arms if your really need a hug” is so cute and makes me feel so warm. This song is a classic and is just awesome!"
