SON Estrella Galicia Sets the Stage with Coach Party & The New Eves

Following a triumphant two-day takeover in Hackney, SON Estrella Galicia is gearing up for another unforgettable night at Paper Dress Vintage on 12th September. Featuring headliners Coach Party, this latest instalment promises a curated evening brimming with live music, craft beer, street food, and interactive workshops, all while championing a zero-waste ethos.

Coach Party, the Isle of Wight indie darlings signed to Chess Club Records, are set to electrify the venue with their gritty, energetic performance. Known for their raw, visceral live shows and critical acclaim, the band’s recent triumphs include shows at Glastonbury and supporting Queens Of The Stone Age. Supported by The New Eves, a quartet whose fusion of cello, violin, and punk-infused rock creates an avant-garde soundscape, making for a captivating live show.

True to their commitment to sustainability, SON Estrella Galicia is striving for a zero-waste event. This ambitious goal aligns with their broader environmental initiatives, such as their True Platinum Zero Waste accreditation at the Posidonia Festival in Formentera. Attendees at the September event can participate in a Clothing Repair Workshop, where vintage pieces can be customised with patches, reflecting Paper Dress Vintage’s heritage. A local gastronomic partner will offer 0km food options – AKA local cuisine which has travelled less than 100 km, produced ecologically and organically – with vegan and vegetarian choices and sustainable cutlery, paired perfectly with Estrella Galicia beers. In addition to these green initiatives, the event will host Soundcrafters Interactive Workshops – allowing guests to compose songs inspired by the brand’s famed 1906 Reserva Especial or Black Coupage – and a Beer Pouring workshop will further enhance the evening’s immersive experience. This September gathering is part of SON Estrella Galicia’s expanding European tour, with future micro-festivals planned in cities like Madrid, A Coruña, Barcelona, Berlin, and Granada, reinforcing their dedication to blending music, community, and sustainability on a global scale.
