Caribbean rapper, Gianni Mae, doubles down on her powerful run with the release of a new double single, “Watermelon Juice” and “Bad Boy Killer”.
Not one to hold back, Caribbean rapper Gianni Mae keeps it moving forward with her release of her new double single. “Watermelon Juice” is a bass-heavy head-nodder, a potent reminder that when it comes to her confident flow and nonchalant bars, there is no match. “Bad Boy Killer” amplifies this energy, layering her trademark cheeky lyrics over an up-tempo 808 banner, taking inspiration from 90s Miami sound. Accompanying visuals will follow soon.
The two tracks aid in the evolution of Gianni Mae’s narrative, unfolding the next chapter of her project Tales Of A Bad Gyal. “Love Me Long” constituted as the first chapter, a pop-infused Dancehall ballad that revealed a new facet to Gianni, while Chapter Two revealed “Hungry Eyes” a tantalising blend of Afro-Caribbean-Pop.
