From Slowthai to Central Cee, Jorja Smith to Gorillaz, Paris festival We Love Green was a weekend to remember.
We Love Green festival returned to Paris this month for its 10th Anniversary edition.
Leading the weekend’s eclectic lineup were headliners ranging from Gorillaz (who treated us to over an hour and a half of bangers and cinematic visuals), to Massive Attack, Disclosure and Angèle. Festival goers also saw performances from the likes of Jorja Smith, Central Cee, Bicep, Koffee, Slowthai, Shygirl, Greentea Peng, Rema and Girl In Red.
Alongside its stellar lineup, We Love Green set the standard in terms of sustainability too. Known as an conscientious and eco-responsible festival pioneering sustainable practices in the events industry, we saw single-use plastics banned at the venue, 100% locally sourced food, compostable plates and a complete focus on renewable energy.
Sustainability sparked conversation at the festival too – We Love Green’s Think Tank stage and Innovation Village provided open-minded spaces to bounce ideas and think more progressively about the future of our planet.
With rainy weather only adding to the atmosphere, We Love Green brought together like-minded people to enjoy good music, good conversation, and an unforgettable time.
