Rising French rapper Yvnnis brought us along to Paris Fashion Week, attending the 424 and Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO shows - where he also spoke with Mihara Yasuhiro himself.

When covering Paris Fashion Week, it’s easy to draw people’s attention to the viral moments. Yes, Pharrell’s Louis Vuitton was littered with celebs. Of course, Rick Owens’ show brought out the weird and wonderful. And indeed, footballer Mario Balotelli walked for KidSuper, bringing his effortless cool for the first time to the runway. But what you don’t often see is the genuine moments when music and fashion collide, where designers and artists embrace one another out of a mutual appreciation for each other’s art.

French rapper Yvnnis, best known for flowing on hazy, trip-hoppy beats and standout tracks like ‘GARE DU NORD’, recently swapped the studio for the front row at Paris Fashion Week. Invited to both the 424 and Maison Mihara Yasuhiro shows, the Val-de-Marne native immersed himself in two worlds that mirror his own: fashion labels that, much like his music, thrive on rule-breaking and resilience.

He invited us to document his week in Paris, where he exchanged knowledge with Mihara Yasuhiro and shared his latest single, ‘BIG SHOT’, with him. Tap into the gallery below to find out what went down.
