Applications are now open for this year's Paco Rabanne and NTS Radio 'A Millions Ways To Make It' artist fund.
Emerging UK artists, this one’s for you. Paco Rabanne and music discovery platform NTS are now accepting applications for the third instalment of the ‘A Million Ways To Make It’ fund and programme.
Building on the success of this year’s programme, which saw the likes of Harleighblu, anaiis and Mom Tudie take their careers to new heights, the ‘A Million Ways To Make It’ fund aims to give up-and-coming artists the freedom to explore and experiment within their chosen medium, by offering the space and support to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
Applications for this year’s intake are open for a three-week period (starting from 2nd August 2022), and all emerging artists – whether you’ve released music or not – are invited to apply for a coveted spot in the ‘A Million Ways To Make It’ collective. Talented DJs, producers, rappers, or singer-songwriters, simply demonstrate your live performance or DJing capabilities to be in with a chance of receiving a £5000 grant to invest in your career.
As part of the fund programme, recipients will be given a bespoke mentorship package from NTS, as well as as the chance to perform at live events during 2023. Additionally, recipients will also be offered a radio spot on NTS to host their own show.
Applications for the ‘A Million Ways To Make It’ fund programme close at midnight BST on Tuesday 23rd August 2022. Three recipients will be selected by the Paco Rabanne and NTS panel, who will consider applications from across the music landscape, from DJs and producers to rappers and singer-songwriters.
As ever, Paco Rabanne and NTS are looking for artists whose sound evokes the UK’s rich musical heritage. Whether it’s dub or drill, soul or soca, jazz or jungle, if you’re making original music, there could be a spot waiting for you.
