Dive into the psychedelic world of SG Lewis and his funk-driven new video for 'Chemicals' shot entirely in isolation.

Multi-hyphenate creative SG Lewis is back with his latest woozy and feel-good anthem ‘Chemicals’ that comes along with a video shot entirely on a green screen at home.

The singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist has been crafting his idiosyncratic brand of dance/funk over the years and has been quietly garnering a well-deserved momentum of fire behind him. ‘Chemicals’ follows the three-chapter concept EP Dusk, Dark, Dawn, with collaborators including Clairo, T.E.E.D., Aluna George and Ruel.

Paying homage to youth and club culture, SG Lewis is walking his own path whilst paying love to where it all started from – the clubs, which is more than needed as the nightlife industry is struggling in these unprecedented times.

Speaking on the latest track and video, SG Lewis revealed, “Me and my brother Josh shot this video in my parents living room during quarantine, with Yousef directing us on Zoom.” says SG; “The process really opened my eyes as to what can be achieved creatively when such limitations are put in place, and I feel like the end result truly takes the viewer on a journey.”
