Lexxicon blends R&B and hip-hop with afrobeats effortlessly on his new single "Doing To Me".

The Canadian-Jamaican musician has always been passionate and persistent with his musical dreams. Since first dropping music in 2017,

Noting Sean Paul, Stefflon Don, Tory Lanez, and Wizkid amongst his inspirations, Lexxicon has previously been likened to the sounds of PartyNextDoor and Swae Lee. As he grows, the burgeoning artist has always pertained to a strong artistic vision with his music.

Living in Birmingham, UK, for his formative teenage years and then later relocating to New York City, it wasn’t until he moved to Toronto that he began to hone his skills as a professional recording artist.

Speaking on his new single, Lexxicon said:

“The last song on the EP is the party kind of song to shake and dance to and celebrate feeling good. The song describes ecstasy – high type of moment where you and your partner are one. It’s the closing song on the E.P to switch up the mood knowing that despite feeling pain, loneliness, despair, and isolation those feelings won’t last forever and you will feel good again.
