Latest single “Final Words” from indie artist Chintzy Stetson is a nostalgic summer trip.

The moniker of Louis James Adams, Chintzy Stetson is a singer, songwriter and guitarist who initially spent his career building a reputation as the lead singer for Newcastle psych-rock band Them Things. Eventually finding his home as Chintzy, new track “Final Words” is the latest of the artist’s musical offerings.

Having taken on his new musical identity, it wasn’t long before Chintzy had sold out London headline shows at the Sebright Arms, Shacklewell Arms and The Waiting Room, as well as being chosen as one of BBC Introducing’s Tips for 2022. In 2021, the artist dropped his debut EP, ‘Songs from the Top Shelf of my Heart’, gaining fans across the UK and the world.

Latest single “Final Words” is the artist’s eighth single release. Imaginative and reminiscent of mid-noughties sonic elements, Stetson is ‘ready to speed down the home straight’. Currently in the studio finishing his debut album, the artist insists: “I’m just grateful”, for his opportunities so far.
