A personal reflection on lost love, ethereal songstress Coline Creuzot’s new EP ‘Hearts Don’t Break Even’ is unapologetically human.

Following the release of “Nothing” earlier this year, Houston-hailer Coline Creuzot has just released the rest of her soul-striking EP. Layering angelic vocals with her R&B sensibilities, ‘Hearts Don’t Break Even’ represents a journey of self-empowerment after heartbreak.

A talented and honest songwriter, it comes as no surprise that Coline has been honing her skills since childhood. She first fell in love with the arts in her youth and began performing at local competitions. Music took a backseat for a short while as she ventured into an undergraduate degree, though she returned to Houston soon after to pursue music full-time.

During this time, she was introduced to Happy Perez with whom she collaborated on a song called “Give and Take. The track climbed to number 1 in the Houston radio charts and gave her the step up to open for some huge stars including Drake, Keyshia Cole, and Monica.

As her reach continued to grow over the years, she made the move to LA to bring her old-school R&B-tinged tracks to international attention. And, with ‘Hearts Don’t Break Even’, we see how far Coline’s efforts have brought her, as well as her growing maturity.
