Up-and-coming artist MULIMBA reveals his raging new single “Here I Go”.

As a solo artist, MULIMBA has already proved his versatility and ability to interweave genres to astounding impact. Having spent years as a member of the band HAUS, touring Europe and opening for the likes of Tom Walker, Elderbrook, and Friendly Fires, MULIMBA is now paving his own way as a solo artist.

His first two singles “Damn” and “Your Own Blood” caught attention in the press and on the airwaves. Along the way, he has also picked up supporters such as Tom Grennan and Royal Blood.

Now, MULIMBA has shared his anticipated third single, “Here I Go”, a yell of a song that brings the artist’s fierce vocals, gospel influences, and an indie rock undertone together.

MULIMBA explains: “’Here I Go’ is a tune we wrote during the Black Lives Matter protests in London. It’s weird because I was struggling with my own sense of weakness at the time, and the protests really lifted me up, so the song sort of hits both those nails at the same time. It’s about how we treat each other, and how you treat yourself. Sometimes when you’re struggling it can help to have like minded people or your loved ones around you to remind you just how strong you are and that’s what we wanted to capture in the video as well.”
