Twenty four hours on the road with Justice, Busy P and Ed Banger records

Ed Banger is fifteen years old this year. Founded by the legendary Pedro Winter (the man who discovered and managed Daft Punk for a decade) it’s launched the careers of artists like Justice, Cassius, Mr Oizo, Boston Bun and Winter himself under the alias Busy P. In that decade and a half it’s become one of the pillars of the French dance music scene, pioneering and defining what most of us think of when we imagine French house. Naturally, the Ed Banger crew have been celebrating all year and earlier this summer, Pedro, Myd, Justice and the gang went on a twenty-four-hour rampage from Paris to London, stopping off at Rough Trade, All Points East and XOYO for various DJ sets, shows and rotisserie chickens on the way. We gave them a couple of cameras and got Winter to break down what happened, check out the chaos below.
