Emerging pop sensation Happy Sometimes makes her highly-anticipated return with a new indie-pop single titled “Happy”.

Returning after a short break, Happy Sometimes is back and is ready to take the pop scene by storm as an emerging singer-songwriter and producer to watch. Back with a melodic offering, “Happy” is a melancholic track with intimate lyrics about vulnerabilities and learning to love yourself.

Currently, on an ascending journey within the music industry, some of the artist’s career highlights include self-releasing her debut EP ‘Video Tapes’ and receiving her first platinum record in 2017 for her collaborative single “Parallel Lines (feat. Happy Sometimes)”, by DVBBS and CMC$. A self-taught songwriter and producer, throughout her work Happy effortlessly transports her emotions into sombre ballads.

Simultaneously working as a nonchalant bedroom-pop release, “Happy” is also an acronym for ‘Hate And Pride Protecting You’, and features as lyrics in the song. Throughout the single, the artist takes her listeners on a journey of how to rediscover their own happiness by learning to embrace the inevitable, such as our fears, pains, and uncertainties.
