Experimental producer Baba & Co shares stunning orchestral piece “Colorhead” alongside a psychedelic visualiser.
Mastering a sophisticated soundscape of eerie harmonies and hypnotic guitar riffs, Baba & Co is the experimental project of producer and multi-instrumentalist Abhiruk Patowary. “Colorhead” is a vibrant track shared as the artist’s debut single, and is accompanied by a psychedelic visualiser.
A talented singer-songwriter and artist, Abhiruk has spent the last year writing a selection of records. “Colorhead” is the first to be released, and is a climactic song soaked in rich jazz elements. Exaggerated by instruments such as the organ, oud, and kemenche (to list a few), throughout his latest, the artist draws inspiration from across the globe and completes “Colorhead” with a concoction of unique sounds.
Speaking about his new release Baba & Co says: “An integral part of Baba and Co is about expressing art and emotion without any fears or limits, and ‘Colorhead’ as the debut single was written with the intent of making listeners have an experience of that”.
