Shining a light on his musicianship skills, talented recording artist, and producer Ziggy D’Amato has dropped a new vibrant single titled “Damages”. Shared ahead of his forthcoming EP ‘Maya Blue’, “Damages” is a joyous offering reflective of the artist’s life.
In just under two years, Ziggy has released a variety of addictive indie-rock tunes with pop sensibilities and is going above and beyond for his brand-new EP ‘Maya Blue’, which is recorded and mixed entirely by himself. Back with his sophomore single of 2023, “Damages” follows his tantalising track “Tina’s Nite Club” and is a soft groove of laid-back guitar and ride-along lyrics.
Speaking about his latest, Ziggy says: ““Damages” is a melancholy evaluation of my 20s. Trying to make sense of myself and how I spend my time. Wondering what it all adds up to, and feeling sad, confused and nostalgic. Ultimately culminating in a celebration of being a tiny speck in the infinity of the human condition. At a loss, gratefully accepting all of the joy and all of the pain”.
