Emerging singer-songwriter and artist Lisabel shares new introspective track “Keep Me Afloat” with escapist visuals.
Lisabel is an up-and-coming artist who is making the gift of songwriting look effortless. Returning after her joyous summer release “Flor de Louis”, the songstress is back, this time with an emotive offering titled “Keep Me Afloat”, and is accompanied by a music video directed by James Farrell.
Since sharing her debut full-length album ‘A Work of Art’ in 2020, the artist has gone on to release a string of effortless singles that highlight her compelling storytelling skills. “Keep Me Afloat” is a track about overcoming struggles with hopefulness, and features uplifting lyrics: “I’ll keep you afloat, together we’ll grow old”.
Co-written and produced with musician Nikola Kovačević, together the pair intertwine their creative visions into an emotionally raw project. Featuring intricate Moog synths, angelic harmonies and delicate key work, “Keep Me Afloat” stands out as one of Lisabel’s most enchanting compositions to date, and is a dreamlike track to get lost into.
