As 2024 kicked off, we embarked on a journey to ignite the year with unparalleled energy. Teaming up with Amazon Music, we set out to highlight some of music’s brightest talent who are the must-haves on your radar for the year. Spotlighting 13 rising stars—handpicked by the Amazon Music expert team—including the likes of avant-garde pop rockers The Last Dinner Party and rap revivalist AntsLive, the talented collective showcases the diversity of music as we spotlight trailblazers across different genres and styles.
With a fusion of on-camera interviews and digital covers, Notion and Amazon Music assembled a dedicated team who brought the collaboration to life. From visionary stylists and directors to skilled hairstylists and photographers, each contributor brought their expertise to the table to make unforgettable content.

Shamara Roper
Shamara Roper is a London-based multi-disciplined hair stylist. As a leading figure in the industry known for her signature styles, Shamara’s worked with Joy Crookes, Olivia Dean, Clara Amfo, Griff, Priya Ragu and many more across editorials, magazine covers, fashion shows, brand campaigns, red carpets and awards shows.
Maya Man
Specialising in makeup, grooming and prosthetics, Maya Man has lent her skills to magazine covers and campaigns with creatives across the entertainment industries. From music and film to fashion and events, Maya’s portfolio includes work with Loyle Carner, Parris Goebel, Archie Madekwe and Rose Gray.
Carlotta Constant
Styling a melting pot of hotshots, including the likes of 50 Cent, David Beckham and Rihanna, Carlotta Constant is a renowned fashion stylist and creative consultant. Learning her trade in-house at British Vogue and GQ, Carlotta’s talent even saw her team up with Adidas to design a trainer which she launched at ComplexCon alongside Snoop Dogg and Pharrell Williams.
Rashidi Noah
Recognised for his distinct style, photographer Rashidi Noah has lensed the likes of Jorja Smith and Ama Lou, and worked with brands from New Balance to A-COLD-WALL. Collaborating with Notion, he’s has shot Antslive, Knucks, LOLA, Alicai Harley, Col3trane and Amazon Music’s Breakthrough UK: Artists To Watch 2024.
Ayshe Zaifoglu
Ayshe Zaifoglu is an all-round creative, infusing a touch of magic into every project she sets her sight to. A leading force within the urban music scene, she previously spearheaded Rinse FM’s TV department and launched her own platform, Pay Your Shooter. Working with Nike as a SNKRSLive host, you can also catch her hosting some of London’s best club nights as well as directing some of the hottest content on the internet.
Daisy Deane
Creative Director and founder of DELA studio Daisy Deane brings her creative contemporary flair to every shoot she orchestrates. Working with major plays including the likes of Flannels, Foot Locker and Canada Goose, she has lent her expertise to three of Notion 94 covers: Delilah Montagu, Priya Ragu and Black Sherif.
