Rising duo REUNIØN release the latest output of their creative journey, emotive single “Never Breaking Up”.

REUNIØN serves as the creative outlet for producers Eliot James and Jon Green, a pair who between them have worked with the likes of Two Door Cinema Club, Noah & The Whale, and James Bay. This new project sees them utilise the opportunity to embed their own vision onto a finely sculpted landscape of sound. Brand-new single ‘Never Breaking Up’ exists in this landscape, whilst demonstrating a musical evolution from their recent releases.  The track is engrossing and emotive, pairing the group’s typical beautiful harmonics with a more aspirational and dynamic sound.

Discussing the track, the pair describes the specific emotions that “Never Breaking Up” hopes to emulate.  The track is about the feeling of “finding that someone”, that “feels right”; “that feeling of landing and of coming home”; “love” and “recognising what is important and what really matters”. They explain the evolution of their sound as working alongside these feelings, and the desire to “to do those feelings justice by jumping out the speakers a bit more with a bigger sound than before”.

James and Green’s friendship, and musical partnership, began in 2015 while co-producing artist Tor Miller. Their debut REUNIØN single ‘out in the wild’ was released in April 2020, followed by a series of singles. With this new release, the pair continues to go from strength to strength.
