In the home of London’s warehouse rave culture, Body Movements will take place in the East End on October 9th. Platforming all collectives LGBTQI+, the baby festival in its first year has already announced details of its stage hosts which include: A D O N I S, BITCH PLEASE!, BIG DYKE ENERGY, BLANC, and CHAPTER 10.

Across 16 spaces, the festival has been devised to celebrate all things queer club and electronic music culture. Summoning 40 queer, non-binary and trans artists from around the world to perform, the event promises an incredible day and night programme of experiences.

Producer and DJ Saoirse Ryan and Little Gay Brother member Clayton Wright are the founders inviting the queer community to come together for this autumn night of kaleidoscopic fun.

Ryan has said: “The queer clubbing scene has always been renowned for some of the best parties to ever exist. Body Movements wants to give prominence to those artists, parties and clubbers by bringing them all together and serving up a truly unique festival for the UK.”

Wright adds: “Body Movements is the first time that these queer music makers and crews, who make our industry so exciting and formidable, have come together like this. It’s about solidarity, celebrating each other’s subculture, and connecting with people and parties that you may have never experienced before. Everyone involved is pushing boundaries and creating spaces that are hugely important to our LGBTQI+ community. It’s queer clubbing at its finest.”

Presale tickets will be available from Resident Advisor on Thursday 27th May with general sale tickets available from Friday 28th May.
