Emerging hip-hop trailblazer Yonahh guy partners up with producer xoprod for brand new release “Only one”.

Crafting a trance-like hip-hop sound, Yonahh pairs raw lyrics with liquid trap beats for his escapist production. His latest “Only one” sees the artist remix Luniz’s classic 90s hit “I Got 5 On It” into a slowed-down edgy cut. Previously featured on his debut mixtape, the track was later removed, now standing proudly as a single release.

Now four years into his musical project, 2018 saw the artist debut the sounds of Yonahh guy with a trap-infused instrumental “free smoke”. Now playing a handful of sold-out shows, and working on artist collaborations, Yonahh’s music is starting to get the traffic it deserves. Often compared to the likes of major artists Joey Badass, Cordae, Joyner Lucas, Logic and J. Cole, it’s clear the industry has a demand for his hypnotic storytelling.

Inspired by the unpredictable paths creating music can lead to, Yonahh eagerly explains his creative process and how he treasures the unexpected: “You can’t always wait for the inspiration to come. So many times, you are just in the studio playing with sounds until an idea pops up. I think that’s what makes the music creation process magical, and you’ll never know what you end up with unless you experiment”.
