Icy Lando drops the pulsing club hit, "Options," a summery collab with Sean Kingston.
Rapper, singer and producer, Icy Lando, collaborates with “Beautiful Girls” hitmaker, Sean Kingston on new summer bop “Options.”
Teeming with made-for-the-club melodies and addictive drum patterns, “Options” is a great summer tune (even when it’s not so sunny outside).
Produced by Blanq Beatz and Mike Gee (Rich The Kid, Snoop Dogg), Icy Lando collaborated with ones of his musical heroes, Sean Kingston, to create the track.
“In 2007 when Sean Kingston released ‘Beautiful Girls‘, I had just joined our high school band and we did a rendition of the song”, Icy remembers. “I loved the vibe of the track and it inspired me to be an artist. Thirteen years later and I have the privilege to release a single with my idol. Sean Kingston’s music has influenced me throughout my journey and I am so excited for everyone to listen to this single. Huge shout out to Mike Gee in L.A who made this happen for me.”
Hailing from Nairobi, Kenya, Icy Lando may just be starting his musical career and have three songs under his belt, but he’s already showing his prowess in the industry. He artist first discovered his passion for music in high school, joining his high school choir and band and later competing annually in music festivals. Eventually joining the Kenyan Boys Choir, who performed for Barack Obama in 2009 and signed a record deal with Universal Music Group UK, Icy Lando now carving a solo career for himself.
