Photographer extraordinaire Rankin takes his camera to the London stage, capturing the queer, the camp and the crazy in the thespian-festive-frenzy that is 'Escape From Planet Trash' by Sink The Pink.

Rankin goes behind the scenes of Sink The Pink’s ‘Escape From Planet Trash’, with portraiture shots, unique to his artistry. By encapsulating the fun and the frantic world of big names in the UK’s drag scene in several single shots, Rankin manages to ground characters who are out of this world. ‘Escape From Planet Trash’ opens at Pleasance Islington, 19th November.

But for now, check out some of Rankin’s incredible portraits featuring Ginger Johnson, Lavinia Co-op, David Cumming, Mairi Houston, Mahatma Khandi, Sarah Bodalbhi and Alice Jane Turner.
