Algerian rapper Soolking announces European tour with a sold-out London date, following the release of his new album ‘Sans Visa’.
Abderraouf Derradji, better known by his stage name Soolking, is an Algerian rapper and drummer and one of the world’s biggest French-speaking artists. Accumulating an astounding 8 billion streams since 2018, right now the rapper is working towards a seven-date European tour.
Before embarking on his career as a rapper, the artist originally spotlighted as a dancer and drummed for a rock band. Later relocating to Paris, Soolking kick started his rap career with a freestyle, “Guerilla”, which saw him appear on French radio station Skyrock FM and its Planete Rap show.
The artist’s European tour swiftly follows the successful release of his fourth studio album ‘Sans visa’ and sees him play a sold-out show at North London’s EartH hall. Having released the album in May this spring, ‘Sans visa’ is an addictive collection of uptempo drill beats mixed with Soolking’s speed French-spoken lyrics.
