The revered designer Stella McCartney has launched a capsule collection, Stella Shared 3, in collaboration with three young artists: Ed Curtis, Maisie Broome and Tom Tosseyn.

In addition to Stella McCartney’s Winter 2021 collection, the brand has launched a capsule inspired by “Y is for Youth” from the McCartney A to Z Manifesto. Three young artists have been invited to create their take on the Stella McCartney identity.

Ed Curtis in London, Maisie Broome (Myfawnwy) in New York City and Tom Tosseyn in Antwerp are those enlisted. Stella archetypes have been emblazoned with their eye-popping prints, all in sustainable fabrics. ECONYL® regenerated nylon puffers are made over in purple vegan Fur Free Fur, while the collection offers responsibly sourced wool, utilitarian denim, and regeneration cashmere galore. The Stella Stan Smith, a vegan interpretation of an adidas style, is updated with Curtis’ and Myfawnwy’s graphics. The Reclypse trainer is given a fluorescent yellow makeover. The capsule is complete with knitted accessories and graphic printed baseball caps.

“For my McCartney A to Z Manifesto, I shared my platform with next-gen artists who interpreted our values through their visions. Stella Shared 3 continues this spirit of collaboration today, remixing indisputably Stella pieces with prints by incredible talents of tomorrow – collectively advancing by sharing our respective skills, resources and communities,” says Stella McCartney.
